History

The Palace in Nieznanice has its history. The fisrt mentions of Nieznanice in the literature come from the XVIth century. Rooms in the Palac

The palace has 16 spacious single, double, and triple guest rooms furnished with period furniture, combining classic and art-deco elements of decoration. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom, telephone, hair dryer, and TV. There is wireless internet access in the whole building.

Each room has its own unique style and character, with many accents inspired by travels, particularly in the Mediterranean. The bedrooms in the converted attic are especially charming as they retain old wooden structural ceiling beams which create a rustic effect.

The 12 rooms ( double guest ) in the pavilion are all equipements included. Here, we invite you on a journey "Around the World" at our ethnic rooms, where the atmosphere encourages you to exotic travel and help you to forget about everyday life.
Owners called up their memories from many journeys around five continents to create atmosphere of Oceania, Mexico, Indonesia, Egypt, Marocco, India, Tibet, Japan, Persia etc.                                                                                    In addition, variety of colors are used according to the rules of colorotherapy making you feel in a good mood. Walking round the inner patio we can give reins to our imagination and to feel unique atmosphere of this place, where each detail of decoration was matched with specific attention.

Cuisine and Menu

Thanks to our participation in the TV broadcast for “Kitchen Revolutions” by famed Polish chef Magda Gessler, the main restaurant room as well as the bar room were redecorated with elegance and modern-classical approach. Vintage coffee grinders, old Polish porcelain, and antique wooden buffets perfectly match the pre-war historical photographs of the palace hanging on the walls. The latter take you back in time where you can mingle with those of another era.

Customers may also choose to have tea in the Fireplace Room or a private dinner in the Orange Room.

In our interiors, you can enjoy an exquisite meal complimented by great wine, and finished with wonderful homemade desserts, served alongside coffee or tea.

This is the perfect place for a business dinner, a family excursion out for Sunday lunch, or a romantic evening.

We organize weddings, banquets, and other special events.

Directly from the dining room, you can enter the large terrace with views of the park and pond and where you can dine al fresco in the summertime.

For organized groups, we can adjust to specific diets upon request.

We believe other special occasions such as first communions, anniversaries, or birthdays, also deserve a palace setting! We provide exceptional receptions and elegant banquets with a menu customized to your tastes in a warm atmosphere.

In the expansive lobby, the excellent acoustics provide a great space for intimate concerts. The space also often serves the purpose of a lovely dance floor.

Our guests appreciate the authentic decor, stylish presentation of dishes and the high quality of service.A young couple entrusting to us the organization of a fabulous wedding, experience unforgettable moments in the palace which we decorate specially for such an event. Upon request, we can customize the organization of the ceremony. We are always open to suggestions and adapt to different requirements, working closely with customers to create the wedding of their dreams.

We offer great conditions for training courses, conferences, and corporate events, as well as personal development workshops and group meetings. There are 3 conference rooms with flexible seating arrangements at your disposal.

The “Orange Room” is located on the ground floor and the “Owl Room” is on the second floor of the palace.

The Deva conference room is part of the new pavilion, having its own terrace in the heart of the park.

The Pyramid hall serves the purpose of a lobby, but can be used for events.

Each of the conference rooms is equipped with an overhead projector, VCR, TV screen and flipcharts with paper and felt tipped pens. There is also the opportunity to work in teams of 4-6 in four separate creative spaces. 

The calm atmosphere is conducive to great concentration in the conference rooms. Free time can be spent in the park, having a barbecue, campfire by the pond or taking part in integration activities.

OUR SPA

INFORMATION

Located on the lower level of the Palace, our spa charms guests with its Moroccan style interiors. The oriental décor provides an ambiance of complete relaxation. Bathing in the hot Jacuzzi tub or relaxing in the Finnish sauna will help to destress the body and to calm the mind.

We especially recommend our unique massages, performed by Ms. Beatrice (Beata) Fornalik - daughter of the owner of the Palace in Nieznanice. Beata lived most of her life in France and gained experience in the beauty industry. As a massage therapist, she was trained in France, Poland and India by such masters as Susan Floyd, Hidemi Morimosa, Dr. Sapna, and others.
